Job Description Job Title: Insurance Producer Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outbound sales efforts. Identify and pursue emerging markets to support agency growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service. Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts. Qualifications/Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. 2+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and high energy. Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
