We are actively seeking a Healthcare Digital Advertising Specialist who excels in data-driven marketing, understands how to convert clicks into real patient leads, and is excited about scaling impactful campaigns that make a difference.

About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the complete lifecycle of Google Ads management for healthcare clients, from keyword research and campaign setup to A/B testing and optimization.

You'll integrate performance marketing, conversion strategy, and analytical storytelling while collaborating with account managers, creatives, and our analytics team to ensure every campaign is efficient, compliant, and focused on achieving conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Google Ads Management
    • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) focused on local healthcare lead generation.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and effectiveness.
    • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure consistent, cost-effective patient inquiries.
    • Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, targeting, and creative to enhance CTR, CVR, and ROI.
    • Maintain clean campaign structures and ensure compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines.
  • Landing Page Optimization & A/B Testing
    • Edit and A/B test landing pages to boost user experience and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing, message-aligned pages.
    • Track and report on conversion funnel metrics (bounce rates, CVR, form submissions) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Set up, QA, and monitor tracking systems using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
    • Analyze data and provide clear, actionable insights to guide strategy and budget allocation.
    • Build client-facing dashboards and performance summaries using Looker Studio or Sheets.
    • Work alongside account leads to share key findings during performance reviews.
  • Optimization & Strategy
    • Regularly audit and refine campaigns to uncover scaling opportunities and identify inefficiencies.
    • Develop local targeting strategies (zip-code level, radius, and demographic segmentation).
    • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with patient messaging.
    • Stay informed about algorithm updates, Google policy changes, and trends in healthcare advertising.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
    • Proven track record in local lead generation campaigns, ideally within healthcare, medspa, or other regulated industries.
    • Demonstrated success in lowering CPL and scaling accounts while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
    • Proficiency in working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data analysis.
    • Experience building or editing landing pages and tracking forms.
    • Expertise in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
    • Understanding of SEO and keyword intent as it relates to paid strategies.
  • Preferred
    • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL).
    • Experience with multi-location local campaigns, particularly for healthcare.
    • Google Ads/Analytics certification.
    • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools (Hotjar, Unbounce, VWO).
    • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
