Overview
As a Sr. Graphic Designer (Multimedia Designer) within Warner Bros. Discovery's Gaming division, you play a key role in developing high-quality creative assets that support marketing, user acquisition, social media, and digital advertising initiatives. You collaborate closely with designers, motion artists, editors, and cross-functional teams to create visually stunning content that resonates with gaming audiences. From static graphics to motion-based storytelling, you leverage your expertise in design, animation, and multimedia to drive engagement and brand recognition.
Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Create high-impact static and motion-based assets for digital, user acquisition, social, and marketing campaigns, including key art, promotional materials, ads, and motion graphics.
Ensure consistency in branding and design across multiple formats and platforms.
Collaborate with Art Directors, motion designers, video editors, and marketing teams to integrate animated and interactive elements.
Conceptualize and execute marketing assets that drive user acquisition and engagement.
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging digital technologies to enhance creative output.
Refine designs based on feedback and maintain organized file management practices.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
Extensive experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Years of experience: 5-8+. Include portfolios for animations and logo designs.
Confident communication with cross-functional teams. Years of experience: 2-3+
Advanced knowledge of gaming and usage of social media platforms. Years of experience: 3-5+. Looking for candidates interested in user acquisition.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with 3D design and rendering (a plus but not required).
BA in graphic design, marketing, fine arts, or similar.
In-design experience is a plus.
3 years of motion graphics and editing for Sr. Graphic Designer role.
