Our client is looking to bring on a talented and experienced Content Creator / Copywriter to join their growing marketing and communications team. Must come from agency environment! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves writing across formats—from proposals and press releases to newsletters, web content, and branded collateral—and wants to make a real impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
*Must have portfolio samples of business proposals, RFP's, press releases, marketing campaigns, website and landing page copy, product/service descriptions, internal communications, branded materials and annual reports.
This role is ideal for someone who’s strategic, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong background in both short-form and long-form content. If you enjoy crafting compelling messaging that connects with audiences and drives results, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Writing and editing a wide range of content including:
- Business proposals and RFPs
- Newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Press releases and media communications
- Website and landing page copy
- Product/service descriptions and case studies
- Internal communications and branded materials
- Coffee table books and annual reports
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Conducting research to support accurate and engaging content
- Managing multiple writing projects under tight deadlines
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand tone and marketing goals
- Helping develop templates and frameworks for repeatable deliverables
What They’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in marketing, communications, or agency settings
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Proven success writing proposals and persuasive client-facing materials
- Experience writing across formats: newsletters, web, long-form, and promotional
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
- Solid understanding of brand voice and storytelling
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, work management platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
