The Opportunity

As a Creative Technologist, you are pivotal in driving the integration, enhancement, and scaling of advanced technologies to enrich marketing strategies, operations, and create immersive in‑store creative experiences that drive brand engagement. You’ll be a driving force in streamlining our creative processes for both internal and external teams, from conception to market.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the seamless integration of net‑new (AI) and current technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, Monday.com, Figma), delivering through partnership across cross‑functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Tech): leading discovery, designing, building, implementing, and optimizing end‑to‑end creative workflows
  • Lead the rapid prototyping of ideas, POC demos, and testing with external technologies; define and gather requirements, manage sprints, and govern vendor‑based development when outsourcing tools
  • Drive new opportunities for content generation and efficiency gains through researching, evaluating, building use cases, and recommending AI‑powered solutions to streamline creative processes and automate repetitive tasks
  • Develop, document, and deliver creative tech guidelines, best practices, and training programs to ensure consistency across digital experiences and proficiency in creative technologies and workflows

We're about you if you have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in technology, digital innovation, or interactive development role, preferably within retail, consumer products, or digital agency environments
  • 3–5 years of proficiency in front‑end development (HTML, Databricks, Python, CSS, JavaScript)
  • 3 years of experience supporting technical workflow development and change management
  • B.A. / B.S. or equivalent education or work experience

Competencies

  • Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with a broad range of creative technology tools
  • Extensive experience with Monday.com or similar project management tool and with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems and creative production systems (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma)
  • Working knowledge of motion design, animation, or 3D tools (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D)
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and technical project management
  • A passion for design and user experience, with an eye for aesthetics, usability, and performance; able to ideate and communicate concepts through wireframes and prototypes
  • Solution‑oriented; able to think critically and to provide thoughtful and innovative solutions to proactively address issues and problems as they arise
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to influence, connect, and collaborate with a variety of groups and personalities, both technical and not technical, at all levels of the organization
  • The successful candidate is adept at building relationships cross‑functionally and gaining alignment with our business partners
  • This position reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing & Creative Technology and does not have any direct reports.

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00–$128,250.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
