Senior Field Marketing Manager – NAE Corporate Events & NA – West Region

Menlo Security is building secure technology that enables the world to connect, communicate and collaborate safely. Menlo is expanding from 400 employees and we need a passionate, organized, and empathy‑driven Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue growth for our North America West territory and corporate events portfolio.

About This Role

Reporting to the NAE Field Marketing Leader, this role combines high‑level planning with project management. You will partner with sales and product to generate new prospects, advance existing opportunities, and expand current customers through events, webinars, and region‑specific demand generation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • NAE Corporate Events (50% Focus) – Design and manage end‑to‑end marketing plans for major security conferences (RSA, Black Hat, GISEC, InfoSecurity Europe, Gartner). Lead pre‑show promotion, on‑site activation, and post‑show follow‑up.
  • VIP Event Management – Plan and execute exclusive Customer and Partner Advisory Board events, managing logistics and ensuring measurable strategic outcomes.
  • Strategic Alignment – Collaborate with Sales and Product to define event objectives, messaging, content, and VIP 1:1 meeting logistics.
  • Logistics & Vendor Management – Oversee all event logistics, including contract negotiation, booth design, vendor coordination, collateral development, and promotional activities.
  • NA West Field Marketing (50% Focus) – Develop and execute a data‑driven GTM strategy tailored to the North America West region, including webinars, ABM campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage region‑specific programs that generate pipeline and support sales quotas.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the North America West sales team, providing marketing initiatives that directly support their quotas.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
  • Measure success by reporting leads generated, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth attributable to events and programs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of field marketing and/ or demand generation experience, with a strong focus on large‑scale conferences.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, startup or mid‑growth environment.
  • Strong written copy and content creation skills for emails, social posts, and landing pages.
  • Hands‑on experience with Marketo and Zoom; comfort with marketing technology stack.
  • Strategic planning and tactical execution ability at both program and program‑level.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support corporate events and regional programs.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Preference: Cybersecurity industry experience; Basic design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $109,000 – $191,000. Menlo Security offers competitive total compensation including equity, benefits, and professional growth opportunities.
