About the Role

Wild Oak Boutique — one of the fastest-growing women’s fashion brands — is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our creative and performance marketing strategy. This role will oversee a high-performing in-house marketing team across digital, social, email, and influencer channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and fluent in the tools that power modern DTC growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy across paid, organic, and retention channels.
  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team spanning digital ads, content, email/SMS, and social.
  • Own performance marketing through Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate programs .
  • Oversee CRM and retention through Klaviyo, Attentive and Yotpo , driving personalization and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to align messaging, visuals, and promotions.
  • Analyze KPIs, CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics to guide budget allocation and improve ROI.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring campaigns align with brand goals.
  • Stay ahead of fashion, social, and digital trends to keep Wild Oak at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing with at least 5 years leading a team, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify , Klaviyo , Yotpo , Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and TikTok Ads/Shop .
  • Proven track record scaling revenue through performance marketing and creative brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
