Overview
Seeking an experienced HOA management professional for a Vice President role with a property management organization that provides services to single family home/master planned communities across Greater Phoenix.
Responsibilities
- Support community managers and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain board relationships and oversee meetings/training.
- Hire, train, and develop community managers.
- Monitor performance and conduct regular reviews/meetings.
- Maintain certifications and monitor legislation.
- Participate in industry events, boards, and publications.
- Ensure service quality and contract fulfillment.
- Lead process improvements and growth initiatives with leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (can be substituted with ample experience)
- 5+ years experience in community association management (strongly prefer single family home experience)
- Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal laws governing community associations
- Understanding of governing documents and their implementation
- CAAM certification strongly preferred
Compensation
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
