Position summary
The Property Manager works closely with the Regional Manager to establish systems and monitor organizational direction. The Property Manager oversees residential leasing, assists in the development and management of financial and capital replacement plans, vendor services, building operations, tenant relations, and contract management.
Minimum qualifications and competencies
- Education / Background: High school diploma or GED; work experience in lieu of education
- Prior property manager experience or assistant manager experience

- Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
