We seek a Creative Director to lead brand identity, marketing strategy, and creative execution across Climate First Bank and OneEthos, and potential future companies under our holding company.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic creative leadership and develop a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with our mission, values, and growth objectives.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing department; develop compelling campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Lead brand stewardship, digital innovation, and cross-channel execution (digital, print, in-branch, community engagement).
- Design and implement digital transformation initiatives (website redesigns, social media strategy, digital advertising).
- Lead performance and analytics efforts; build the department around KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Champion the organization’s mission and pursue sustainability practices within marketing and company operations.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC); collaborate with Compliance on investigations when needed.
- Develop campaigns that support sales efforts and align with two sales-driven organizations’ objectives.
Minimum Qualifications / What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in creative and strategic leadership; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
- Experience building and leading teams in a fast-growing environment; strong communication and people leadership skills.
- Technology-forward mindset with the ability to leverage analytics, SEO, Salesforce, and other tools to drive results.
- Deep understanding of banking/fintech environments and regulatory considerations for marketing financial products.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable marketing solutions; comfort working in high pace and high-expectation settings.
