Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing our social media strategy and day-to-day presence across all platforms, helping to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who understands what drives engagement and can bring ideas to life through visually compelling content, storytelling, and trend-savvy execution. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and photography teams to create content that reflects our brand voice and inspires our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and post engaging photo, video, and graphic content that reflects our brand aesthetic and product storytelling.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices — identifying opportunities to integrate new ideas and formats.
  • Manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (photography, design, and sales) to source and develop content that supports our wholesale and interior designer programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business.
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience creating visual and video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar).
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic photography or videography experience is preferred.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt brand voice across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with the home furnishings or interior design industry is a plus.
