SAP PM Functional Consultant – Fashion Industry (ECC)

Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite/Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) solutions within the ECC environment.
• Partner with business users in the fashion industry to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure PM master data, maintenance plans, notifications, orders, and work scheduling.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, PP, and QM modules for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Support maintenance planning, asset management, and equipment lifecycle management processes.
• Work with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and interface integration.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP PM functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle ECC implementations.
• Strong expertise in maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, and equipment hierarchy.
• In-depth knowledge of integration points with MM, PP, QM, and FI modules.
• Experience in the Fashion or Retail manufacturing industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP AIN, EAM, or S/4HANA PM migration is a plus.
• Experience with interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC) and data migration.
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ASAP/Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with fashion production processes such as textile manufacturing, quality inspection, or plant operations.
