Archi-Pix is a real estate media company looking to expand our team of contracted photographers in the Brainerd area of MN and surrounding area. Flexible schedule and great pay for motivated individuals. No photo editing required!

If you are looking for a position as a professional photographer, this could be the job for you. No need to have previous real estate photography experience. Photographers are paid by the shoot. Typical pay range is $60 - $200 per shoot (depends on photography package ordered by client and can be higher than $200 at times) and each appointment typically takes an hour or less. Photographers may have as many as 4-5 appointments per day.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality real estate photographs for properties in the Brainerd area and surrounding regions.
• Adhere to Archi-Pix photography guidelines and adapt to our comprehensive standards.
• Coordinate with clients and support staff to ensure professional service and timely delivery.
• Upload large image files efficiently using a reliable internet connection and workstation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for shoots, including transportation and equipment readiness.
• Be receptive to constructive feedback and show attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Possess or obtain required FAA certification as applicable for drone operations (training and reimbursement provided by Archi-Pix).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional photography experience (preferred but not required).
• Professional-grade camera with full-frame sensor and resolution of at least 24MP (no APS-C sensors).
• Wide-angle zoom lens (12-24mm or 14-24mm).
• Professional-grade tripod.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local market (Mon-Fri and occasional weekends).
• Strong computer skills and internet access suitable for uploading large files.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Well-organized, motivated, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
• Receptive to feedback and adaptable to changing guidelines and technology.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to drone, video, and 3D tour technologies; FAA drone certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

If you are not already FAA certified, you will have to take a written test for FAA certification within your first 30 days. Archi-Pix will reimburse your testing fee upon successful completion of the test.

Company information

All team members are trained in photography, videography, 3D tour technology, and are FAA Part 107 certified drone operators. Drone, video, and 3D tour experience are a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals for the job.
