What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive media relations by pitching, securing, and managing coverage in tier‑1 and trade outlets
- Research and create bespoke media lists and pitches for strategic PR projects
- Develop and publish thought‑leadership content, including bylines, blogs, and executive commentary
- Monitor for issues and crises to safeguard the employer’s reputation
- Manage metrics and reporting to demonstrate PR’s impact and inform strategy
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of professional PR or corporate communications experience, focused on B2B enterprise (agency or in‑house)
- Proven success in securing media coverage and building journalist relationships
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience collaborating with executives and cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Muck Rack, Signal AI)
- Enthusiasm for using AI and staying on top of the latest trends
