Overview

Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) position in Aurora, CO. ICR, Inc. seeks an experienced SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter to support our country’s national security. We are looking for a motivated individual who is familiar with SIGINT reporting policies and who can draw information from multiple sources and synthesize it into reports/products to serve external customers. Mentorship and guidance are provided, and we are looking for a self-starter with solid SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter fundamentals.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise EGRAMs, D-Series, or I-Series serialized reports
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of intelligence products by verifying all sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet mission objectives through narrative reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI and SCI eligibility
• US Citizenship is required
• Minimum three (3) years of SIGINT reporting experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in reporting tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets into formal technical reports
• Background in multi-source intelligence fusion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with intelligence frameworks and protocols
• Expertise in developing actionable intelligence strategies
• Five (5) years of experience in analytic reporting, investigative analysis, threat analysis, risk analysis, intelligence, or traffic analysis
• Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development
• Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting, e.g. Post-Publication actions, RFIs, etc.
• Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting
• Demonstrated ability to independently discover reportable information within office workflow tools
