Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our corporate websites. This role requires a user-centered approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Identify design and usability challenges, then devise data-driven, elegant solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Develop and maintain cohesive style guides, design systems, and UI pattern libraries that align with company branding and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analytics tools to refine designs and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the digital experience.
- Advocate for ADA compliance and accessibility best practices, ensuring inclusive design across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects, including detailed case studies of your design process.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and usability testing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles, mobile-first strategies, and interaction design best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, persona development, journey mapping, and card sorting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar tools to analyze user behavior and measure design effectiveness.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding not required but a plus).
- Knowledge of WCAG/ADA compliance standards and accessibility considerations in UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
