Responsibilities

• Greet customers, open and manage service work orders, and maintain clear communication throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Handle warranty claims, estimates, and documentation with precision.
• Support the Service Manager and help maintain an organized, efficient service office.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent timeliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Solid mechanical understanding of equipment and machinery, with the ability to communicate confidently about repairs and maintenance.
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in service writing, mechanical work, or a related field is a plus.
