Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Your Role We are seeking a
Branding Creative Lead
to help define and elevate the visual identity of our company. In this role, you will shape the creative vision behind every marketing project, ensuring a seamless blend of beauty and brand integrity. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to capture the sophistication, craftsmanship, and sensory experience our brand is known for.
Responsibilities:
Develop and direct the brand’s visual identity across all mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.) ensuring a cohesive, elevated aesthetic that reflects the company’s values and vision.
Lead concept development and creative execution for product launches, advertising campaigns, and seasonal storytelling initiatives that drive brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to translate brand strategy into compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
Oversee and guide a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, assisting in the development of assets that are both visually appealing and strategically aligned.
Analyze creative performance metrics to identify what visuals/narratives best drive engagement, conversion, and long-term brand growth.
Stay ahead of design, beauty, and cultural trends, continuously infusing the brand’s creative direction with fresh, relevant inspiration.
Qualifications:
6-7 years’ progressive experience in similar graphic design roles, guiding projects from conception through completion. Preference given to similar industries.
Must have expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
Experience with UI/UX is a plus.
