Relate Search has partnered with a leading very established, privately held real estate company seeking a Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales to help them enter the next phase of growth. Reporting to the President, this person will lead a team focused on brand strategy, positioning, and marketing across multiple brands/business units, enabling sales teams. This role is a rare chance to build marketing strategy for a multi‑brand company on a transformative 5–10 year plan with significant growth and diversification.
Responsibilities
Lead marketing and sales functions across multiple affiliated business units, driving revenue through marketing
Possess strategic depth in enterprise marketing, with a record of sales enablement success
Build and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
Cultivate and expand business development relationships across commercial real estate, hospitality, sports, construction and healthcare sectors
Align enterprise sales and marketing goals with financial performance targets
Develop a team of marketing and sales professionals across business units
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a brand‑driven environment
Experience with portfolio‑style marketing strategies
Operate like a P&L owner linking marketing to profitability
People leadership and experience developing teams, not just coordinating work
Must bring big‑picture strategy, brand‑building, and measurable marketing expertise
High energy, resilient, entrepreneurial and driven to push through obstacles and achieve results
