Your Mission Trench is a growing, highly relevant company in the energy sector, setting global standards. In this role, you will carry the vision, values, and innovative spirit of Trench into the world. Together with the executive board and your team, you will develop communication strategies that inspire people, build trust, and sustainably strengthen the brand – both internally and externally.
Your Tasks:
Strategy & Execution : You will work closely with the board and management to develop a consistent communication and marketing strategy that shapes the company in the long term.
Leadership : You will lead and develop a dedicated team in communication and marketing.
Corporate Communications : You will manage internal and external communication, PR, and reputation management – both operationally and strategically.
Brand & B2B Marketing : You will strategically position the brand in the market and collaborate closely with the sales team.
Investor Relations : You will support shareholders, oversee reports, and prepare investor meetings.
International Scope : You will coordinate cross-country projects and work with global stakeholders.
Change & Growth Communication : You will develop communication strategies that actively support change processes, promote growth, and provide orientation – with the goal of strengthening trust and making opportunities visible.
Requirements:
Experience & Expertise:
You have several years of professional experience in a senior communications role – ideally in the energy or industrial sector.
Leadership Skills:
You have led and developed international teams within a matrix organization.
Communication Strength:
You possess solid knowledge in corporate communications, complemented by deep expertise in marketing and investor relations.
Strategy & Execution:
You think strategically but also act operationally with a strong hands-on mentality.
Stakeholder Management:
You are experienced in dealing with media, investors, internal stakeholders, and private equity firms.
Confidence & Vision:
You present yourself professionally, think in networks, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
Language Skills:
You communicate confidently and convincingly – both in German and English (business fluent).
