Overview Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. A 72-room luxury resort with lodging, dining, UTV & Jeep tours, horseback riding, a full-service spa & air tours.

Responsibilities

Strategically lead, motivate and train property & remote sales managers to drive group and incentive sales.

Manage on-site catering team to successful executions of groups and events.

Act as face of property: site tours, media and community partnerships, present to high-end corporate meeting planners.

Initiate and execute marketing activities in collaboration with corporate marketing team.

Facilitate monthly and annual forecasts and budget planning.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 annually.

Requirements

Previous management experience in an upscale or luxury, full-service hotel. Open to Associate DOS or candidates from larger resorts.
