Responsibilities Develop engaging video content that supports strategic programs and fundraising priorities, ensuring materials are optimized for use across multiple platforms.

Develop and execute strategies for expanding Arkansas Children's content presence on existing and emerging platforms, to reach new audiences and deepen connections with current supporters.

Sets the creative direction for donor and volunteer interviews, guiding story development and conducting on-camera interviews with impact and sensitivity.

Lead the design and execution of storytelling elements for key events - including two flagship fundraising events in Central and Northwest Arkansas, investitures, grand openings, and stewardship gatherings.

Remains current on Arkansas Children's funding priorities, brand standards, and development best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee video production, stage remarks, lighting, and technical direction to deliver seamless, compelling event experiences.

Manage the technical production of the Arkansas Children's Foundation board meetings.

Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

In compliance with Arkansas Children's Fleet Management Policy, drives an owned, leased, or personal vehicle frequently in the performance of essential job functions.
