Job Title Architectural Designer

Location Bel Air, Maryland (Hybrid/Onsite after initial training)

Job Type Contract to Hire

Salary $34.00 – $38.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Assist senior architects or project managers in design development.

Create scaled drawings and detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and renderings for presentations and construction documentation.

Participate in submittal reviews, respond to RFIs, and issue ASIs during the construction phase.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and integration across disciplines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience in construction documentation and detailing.

Strong design development and visualization skills.

Effective communication with clients and participation in meetings.

Degree from an accredited Architecture or Architectural Drafting Program.

5–7 years of professional experience.

Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Word, and Excel.

Knowledge of building codes and other design codes preferred.

Strong presentation, sketching, and concept development abilities.
