We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to help us serve our expanding client base. The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts for both in‑house and client work. This role will be strategic and tactical. You’ll set strategy, oversee campaigns, analyze data, and ensure deliverables hit high quality standards. You’ll work and communicate directly with clients and collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to bring websites and marketing programs to life. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to get your hands dirty and assist with the implementation of strategies.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
Work directly with clients, coordinate requests, and uphold a high level of quality and service.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals and budgets, spanning SEO/SEM, paid media (e.g. Google Ads, social ads), email marketing, social media, content marketing, website development, and more.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing strategy to maximize ROI for our clients.
Manage content strategy and production including website and SEO content, email campaigns/newsletters, social media posts, and print and digital assets.
Lead social media strategy including content planning, audience engagement, ad campaigns, and platform analytics.
Oversee email marketing including segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, automation, and nurturing workflows.
Lead website projects and collaborate with web developers/designers to ensure websites are optimized for UX, speed, conversion rates.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, etc.) to monitor performance across all channels, prepare regular reports, derive insights and recommend improvements.
Create, review, and analyze marketing reports and be able to effectively explain results to clients.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, strategies, and best practices.
Create and send invoices to send to your clients.
Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and partners.
Necessary Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 – 5+ years of digital marketing and account management experience, ideally with agency work and managing multiple clients/projects.
Demonstrated success in developing paid media (Google Ads and social media ads), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull actionable insights from data.
Ability to create easily understandable reports outlining relevant KPIs.
Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, Meta ads manager, email marketing and automation tools, and website content management systems, specifically WordPress.
Strong communication skills to present strategy, results, and recommendations clearly to clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with project management software such as Wrike.
Experience with SEMrush or similar SEO platforms.
Experience with social media dashboards such as Sendible.
Necessary Equipment

Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience
Estimated base salary range $75,000 – $85,000
Additional bonus compensation
100% paid health, dental, and vision plans
