Job Description Join our team as a Senior Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager, where you'll drive impactful retail campaigns across the Americas and Western Europe. Leverage your expertise to translate global strategies into regional successes, enhancing shopper experiences both online and in‑store.
Core Responsibilities
Globally drive retail shopper campaigns, collaborating with internal global marketing teams (Integrated Marketing, IM) and local BUs in Americas and Western Europe as well as other regions (CEEMA, APAC). Serve as the voice for Americas and Western Europe in campaign development, with a primary focus on Americas BUs, especially Canada and LATAM.
Work closely with the Director of Trade & Shopper Marketing in Americas and Western Europe to translate our global strategy into a regional trade strategy aligned to our commercial priorities and channel strategy.
Develop regional/BU‑specific campaigns and toolkits in line with Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) and local opportunities and occasions.
Deliver a regional omni‑channel retail calendar, including path‑to‑purchase guidelines and message guidance within a Retail Ecosystem (in collaboration with Shopper Operations).
Collaborate with regional commercial development (RCD), eCommerce Center of Excellence (COE) and BU Trade and marketing teams to deploy successful retail activations that drive brand engagement and sales both online and in‑store with our retailers.
Act as a strong sparring partner for our marketing teams, especially Integrated Marketing (IM), using shopper insights and knowledge from the AMS and WE BUs.
Proactively and independently lead key strategic workstreams within the team.
Support NRP rollout and execution in B2B in partnership with TSM Design Experience.
Build, develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships across a network of colleagues and partners in Markets & Channels Central Marketing, local trade and eCommerce teams, and agency partners.
Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform and adapt future strategies or activities. Proactively seek retail marketing innovations in the e‑Commerce and omni‑channel spaces and bring case studies to our team and internal creative agency.
Support regional IP partner opportunities with tailored tactics and toolkits.
Create transparency and ensure economies of scale through knowledge sharing of effective retail strategies, innovation pilots, and successful initiatives.
Conduct post‑evaluation and business analysis, performing analysis on market and category trends, identifying key consumer and shopper insights, competition and campaign effectiveness tracking.
What Do We Look For?
Extensive experience within a trade/shopper/retail marketing or e‑commerce role with a proven track record of success, ideally in a high‑impact consumer goods company.
Shopper‑centric orientation with proven track‑record of acting on and developing based on shopper insights.
Strong experience targeting shoppers and driving conversion within retailer e‑commerce platforms.
Understanding of the shopper journey, path‑to‑purchase, and optimization best practices.
A proactive individual with inherent curiosity, a focus on results, and a talent for creative thinking.
A strong collaborator, teammate, and communicator across fields and hierarchies to effectively steer and influence a variety of internal and external partners in a highly matrixed organization.
A critical thinker who can connect the dots from different forums, simplify complex ideas, and present and develop plans according to given strategies and objectives.

Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $124,706.00 to $187,060.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. Inclusive benefits will be communicated upon offer confirmation.
