Job Description In IT Customer Success and Enablement (CSE), we drive internal customer success and technology enablement across Client to minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience. We bridge the gap between technology and people by raising awareness and fostering engagement with IT offerings, initiatives, platforms, and services. We drive for excellence by measuring adoption and satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement.

We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for key internal IT initiatives such as AI, Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns, and various Workplace Apps & Tools targeted at end users across the enterprise globally. Solutions for these initiatives may include eLearning course development, online resources creation, and live learning event planning, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Planning: Create IT learning plans with detailed learning needs analyses to support end user adoption and satisfaction.

Learning Experience Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design learning experiences including eLearning, live sessions, and on-demand resources.

Learning Content Development: Develop accessible, easy-to-understand learning content for technology solutions, including facilitator scripts and presentation materials.

eLearning Development: Build interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Rise and Storyline, and deploy through the Client's Learning Management Systems.

Video Development: Create instructional and internal marketing videos (live action or graphic-based), including recording own voiceovers when needed.

Learning Facilitation and Delivery: Lead engaging live or virtual training sessions (VILT) with global audiences, ensuring interactive learning experiences.

Learning Project & Program Management: Manage multiple IT Learning projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with IT CSE goals.

Learning Surveys & Evaluation: Implement feedback and measurement strategies for all learning deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and + years of instructional design experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing courses in technology areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Microsoft Productivity Suite, or other computer applications.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).

Advanced eLearning development skills using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

Ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging, easy-to-understand learning.

Experience designing and delivering virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions via Zoom.

Skilled in video production and voiceover recording.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a focus on quality and deadlines.

Experience working in an agile development environment.
