Job Description The Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager will develop and execute Wealth Management marketing campaigns to acquire new Wealth Management clients and deepen relationships with current clients.
Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, social, email, and bank owned channels
Manage intake process for new campaigns, including requirements, audiences, channels, timing and approvals
Collaborate with teams across sales, creative, and product to align campaigns with business goals
Look for partnership opportunities across business lines
Work with data partners to identify new high propensity audience segments
Organize project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively
Leverage data & analytics / measurement to generate insights, optimize tactics and audiences, and continually optimize
Develop engaging content and messaging true to our brand’s voice and purpose
Monitor the marketing landscape to introduce fresh ideas and continually raise the bar
Eligibility and Requirements The right candidate will be adaptable and able to learn new systems and compliance requirements that can change on a frequent basis. Candidates should have a proven ability to thrive in a large, complex, fast-paced environment. They must have agility in thinking and delivery.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects
Proven ability to track, measure and optimize campaigns; experience with reporting and business intelligence systems a plus (e.g., Adobe SiteCat, Tableau)
Agility in thinking and delivery, along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Superior collaboration and organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a project team
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Work Arrangement The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
