Principal CAD/BIM Designer
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to work alongside project managers and engineers to produce structural BIM (Revit) models, families, and contract drawings for the structural discipline.
Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Developing Revit models, families, and contract documents
Coordinating contract drawing development with multiple disciplines
Performing BIM model clash detection and working with various disciplines to resolve conflicts
Training/mentoring less experienced designers
Reviewing models and drawings for less experienced designers
Providing input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows
Qualifications:
Relevant bachelor’s degree and 6 to 10 years of experience – or an associate degree/technical certification and 6 to 10 years of experience.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D would be a benefit
Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for medium and large sized projects.
