UX Designer – Hybrid (Westbrook, ME)

Location Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite in Westbrook, Maine

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for software, hardware, and web products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and design teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype user interfaces across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through design, development, and testing phases.
Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, and UX documentation.
Participate in user research and usability testing.
Maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and standards.
Advocate for user-centered design across all product teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4–5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
Proficiency in Figma (required); experience with AI/Generative UI is a plus.
Strong visual design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and agile product development.
Nice to Have
Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
Basic facilitation and UX documentation skills.
Prior experience working on multiple design projects in a collaborative environment.
