Who We Need We are looking for a product designer to work across the whole design process and shape the product strategy and user experience of Rillet. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, product and engineering teams to build accounting & finance software that will be industry‑defining. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.

What You’ll Do

Drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire‑framing to UI design.

Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short‑term tactical goals and long‑term vision.

Enhance the design system for Rillet.

Understand the array of user goals, business requirements and technical constraints that shape our product.

Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience leading design teams in a product‑driven B2B SaaS environment.

Experience working on end‑to‑end design projects, from research to implementation.

Proven experience tackling complex design problems and systems.

Demonstrated experience with all stages of the design process, from discovery to delivery.

Ability to understand and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system components.

Challenging the status quo and drawing inspiration from diverse sources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers.
