Overview Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for a Field Marketing Lead who will be responsible for building and scaling the regional event and account‑based marketing programs to drive significant pipeline and revenue across the Mid‑Market and Enterprise segments. This leader owns the strategic partnership with the North American Sales leaders, managing a small team to flawlessly execute high‑impact field campaigns and ensuring all marketing investment delivers measurable, data‑backed ROI.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role
Strategic Pipeline Ownership: Define and own the comprehensive regional field marketing strategy and event plan for North America
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the regional Field Marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and excellence in data‑driven decision‑making
Cross‑Functional Alignment (Smarketing): Establish and maintain a critical partnership with the NAM Sales and leadership, ensuring tight alignment and collaboration to maximize event follow‑up, territory coverage, and program ROI
Omni‑Channel Event Execution: Oversee the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and analysis of high‑impact, integrated marketing programs, including major in‑person, virtual events, and strategic sponsorships, ensuring a cohesive post‑event prospect journey
Performance and Budget Accountability: Proactively track, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, managing the regional budget to determine which initiatives perform most successfully and driving optimization
Requirements
6+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a senior field or event marketing leader
Leadership & Scope: Proven ability to manage or lead marketing efforts across diverse market segments (Mid‑Market and Enterprise)
Technical Proficiency: Required experience with key marketing and sales systems, specifically Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools
Must be an outstanding communicator and self‑starter who leverages data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
Strong customer‑facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives

Compensation and Benefits For New York City‑based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000–$175,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
