Design AI-Native Experiences: Own end-to-end UX for GRC AI agents, focusing on trust and value from complex agentic workflows. Create and Prototype Solutions: Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Lead through Collaboration: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure user-focused implementation. Champion the User: Conduct generative research and usability tests, representing user needs in product discussions. Representative Projects
Design UI/interaction for the SOC 2 Agent to simplify audit processes. Lead generative user research with 15 CISOs and Chief Risk Officers; create personas and journey maps for the Risk Management Agent. Prototype an end-to-end agentic workflow for third-party risk management. Establish design system foundations for consistent UI as we scale. What You Have
Product Design Experience: 8+ years in UX/UI for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS. Domain Expertise: Interest in security, risk, and compliance; familiarity with GRC workflows is a plus. AI Passion and Vision: Interest in AI-native UX, focusing on trust, transparency, and collaboration with AI agents. Communication: Strong visual and written communication; capable of defending design decisions with customers, engineers, and leadership.
