About the Role The Sr Manager, Creative Operations Lead is the strategic and operational powerhouse of the Brand & Creative team. This leader drives excellence in how we scope, plan, resource, and deliver creative work, ensuring our teams operate at their highest potential. They are both a visionary and an operator: able to revolutionize how we run our creative engine while keeping the trains on the tracks.
The Sr Manager, Creative Operations Lead is responsible for shaping the systems, processes, and workflows that enable creativity to thrive, while ensuring efficiency, accountability, and clarity across all Brand & Creative functions. They champion operational rigor without sacrificing creative excellence, and they are a trusted partner to Brand, Social, Partnerships, and Creative leads in driving campaigns and initiatives forward.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers and Creative Ops specialists cultivating a high-performing and collaborative operations team.
Design and implement best-in-class operational frameworks to improve clarity, speed, and quality across the Brand & Creative team.
Own the resourcing strategy, allocation and reporting across projects, balancing business priorities and capacity to ensure the best talent are in the right place at the right time.
Drive the project management discipline across Brand & Creative, ensuring timelines and deliverables are well-defined, tracked and delivered.
Develop operational playbooks, processes and guidelines that scale how Brand & Creative works, maximizing impact and scaling AI enablement across the team.
Establish and evolve processes that scale with the business, ensuring efficiency and consistency without stifling creativity.
Contribute to an environment that fosters remarkable creativity and innovation.
Partner with Brand & Creative leadership to anticipate challenges, unblock teams, and continuously optimize how we work.
Monitor and report on team health, operational KPIs, and project outcomes — turning insights into action.
Manage contractors, including annual and quarterly contractor budgets and onboarding.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Program Management, or similar roles within creative agencies or in‑house creative teams.
Experience in Creative Resourcing and managing large multi‑disciplinary creative teams.
Proven success leading and scaling project management, resourcing, and operations functions in a creative environment.
Demonstrated expertise in operational design, change management, and implementing new ways of working.
Experience driving innovation practices and enabling teams to adopt new technologies and tools, including AI.
Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience managing managers and diverse teams.
Track record of successfully balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
We expect this position to be filled by 12/22/25.
Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future.
Paid Time Off Details
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g., about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g., about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
