Lead Daisy’s local marketing planning, execution, and optimization to drive year‑over‑year sales growth, profitability, and data‑driven insights for Daisy’s branches nationwide Drive omnichannel campaigns in local markets and create tools for franchisees to develop their campaigns (e.g., geofenced digital marketing, social media, direct mail, and segmented re‑engagement emails) Lead SEO strategy for regional campaigns, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content planning Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing) to drive qualified traffic and conversions Leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and align marketing with sales activities Establish performance expectations and KPIs; monitor progress and results regularly Seek creative ways to enhance Daisy’s marketing systems and processes; share best practices across teams and scale successful approaches Provide business and financial analysis of key items, trends, and campaign results to internal leadership, including marketing trends by category or geography and sales/profit results by marketing activity Plan and execute communications, meetings, and calls with branch leaders and sales teams to ensure cross‑functional collaboration and local marketing execution Recognize and celebrate performance to drive a culture of collaboration and accountability Maintain focus on priorities, remove roadblocks, and provide solutions to day‑to‑day problems for staff What You Have Done
Leadership skills with strong collaboration; able to drive decisions while executing plans Coaching and mentoring skills to guide local leadership in marketing plan execution aligned to sales targets Creative thinker who brings innovative ideas to local marketing plans and processes Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, data analytics, and SEO tools Well‑organized with attention to detail in a dynamic growth environment, collaborating with multiple departments Strong multitasking and prioritization in a deadline‑driven environment What You Bring To The Team
B.A. or B.S. in Business Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience 6–8 years of progressively responsible marketing experience, with field marketing experience Background in luxury marketing, hospitality, or smart homes is a plus Experience working within a franchisor organization is preferred Proven data‑driven strategy development for local business goals and proactive issue management Compensation & Benefits
