Purpose of Role The Creative Lead is a masterful storyteller on Under Armour’s Global Brand Team who is motivated and energized by the power of sport. This role will drive, innovate, and enhance the customer journey with the larger Creative Team. Developing brand and seasonal executions, the Creative Lead will bring the brand vision to life with a customer‑centric mindset. They will work cross‑functionally to maximize creative consistency across multiple channels. This individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders from marketing and creative leadership to operational and production partners to streamline creative development and ensure the brand vision executes successfully.
Your Impact
Brand and seasonal marketing: concept, development, and design across all digital, social, web, experiential, and print marketing platforms. Includes collaborating with creative and cross‑functional partners.
Omni‑channel contributions and executions include retail, social, comms, media.
Cross‑functional team collaboration with CPL, Category, Comms, Media, Global and In‑Region Teams.
Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, designers, agency partners, external resources, copy, category partners and production partners; Global Production team collaboration.
Design with versatility and constantly seek new and innovative ways to elevate customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or another relevant field with typically 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience, or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
Strong design experience, preferably agency or in‑house.
Solid portfolio showing best‑in‑class solutions.
Great collaborator who does not just take part in cross‑functional projects but is vocal and understands how to lead/inspire and get the best out of their teammates.
Understanding of all aspects of creative: copy, imagery, design, retail, video and social content.
Proven presentation skills and a track record of successfully pitching concepts to leadership.
The ability to dissect complex problems and provide solutions.
Command of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of digital and print design.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build relationships cross‑functionally.
Workplace Location
Must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.
Hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in‑office per week.
Travel: Minimal.

Base Compensation $87,364.60 - $120,126.33 USD. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
