i-Payout is a leading global payments platform helping organizations move money securely and efficiently across borders. Our technology powers payouts for enterprises in fintech, the gig economy, affiliate marketing, gaming, and global commerce. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a data‑driven marketer to help build and execute our next phase of growth.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to drive B2B demand generation, account‑based marketing (ABM), and lead nurturing programs across key verticals. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves launching campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams to turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline.

You’ll execute campaigns across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, and event activations — working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.

This is a hybrid role based in South Florida, requiring at least three days per week in-office.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, and partner channels).

ABM & Lead Nurturing:

Build segmented HubSpot workflows, manage lead scoring, and design nurture programs aligned with the sales pipeline.

Content & Messaging:

Collaborate with Product Marketing to produce landing pages, case studies, webinars, and sales collateral that drive engagement.

Paid Media Optimization:

Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns; measure CPL and pipeline contribution.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track MQL‑to‑SQL conversions, channel attribution, and campaign ROI using HubSpot dashboards and Google Analytics.

Event & Partnership Support:

Coordinate event marketing (Affiliate Summit, SBC Summit, etc.) and partner co‑marketing programs.

Fintech Positioning:

Stay current on payments, embedded finance, and cross‑border trends to inform messaging and campaign strategy.

What You Bring

4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or payments.

Hands‑on experience with

HubSpot

(marketing hub, workflows, lead scoring) and CRM integration.

Proven success managing demand generation and ABM campaigns with measurable impact.

Strong understanding of

B2B fintech buyer journeys

from awareness to close.

Excellent writing, analytical, and project management skills.

Thrives in a

fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

with multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Points

Experience in payments, cross‑border payouts, or embedded finance.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ABM tools, or developer/API‑led marketing.

Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, analytics tracking, reporting automation, or CMS tools.
