COMPENSATION Annual salary: $150,000 to $180,000, plus profit‑sharing bonus and competitive benefits. The role is contract‑to‑hire.
MUST HAVE
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment.
Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.
Mastery of Figma (or similar wireframing/prototyping tools) and fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences.
EXPERIENCE 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
YOUR ROLE Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data‑informed, CRO‑optimised user experiences across Launch Potato web properties.
OUTCOMES
Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off, backed by A/B test results and user insights.
Lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration.
Generate UX insights by analysing behavioural data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings.
Identify and proactively improve under‑performing experiences through iterative UX/CRO design.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy.
Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and scalability.
