Marketing Advisor (Fractional / Consulting Engagement) Our client is hiring a Marketing Advisor to help lead a strategic go-to-market transformation within the life sciences logistics and specialized freight space. This fractional, consulting-level role is designed for an experienced B2B marketing leader who can build structure around lead generation, brand positioning, and commercial growth strategy. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between strategy and execution – connecting content, digital channels, and sales enablement into one cohesive marketing framework.

About the Role The Marketing Advisor will act as a senior-level growth partner, helping the executive team define and operationalize their marketing and sales alignment. You will build momentum by shaping a clear front-end commercial framework – linking existing content, digital presence, and vendor relationships into a scalable lead‑generation engine that attracts and converts new business.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine a go-to-market playbook across core service lines in life sciences logistics, cold chain transportation, and freight solutions.

Translate operational strengths into clear messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral.

Build an inbound lead-generation engine through social, digital, and content channels.

Partner with leadership to align marketing, sales, and client success around shared growth goals.

Audit and advise on CRM systems, marketing operations, and vendor/agency partnerships.

Establish reporting and KPI structures that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.

Identify and fill gaps in brand visibility, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B marketing or go-to-market leadership, preferably within logistics, life sciences, or supply chain.

Proven experience building or modernizing marketing functions focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

Ability to advise executive leadership and operate independently in a fractional or consulting capacity.

Strong background aligning marketing and sales processes, including CRM optimization and content enablement.

Strategic thinker with excellent writing and communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with comfort measuring ROI and marketing performance.
