Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Service Designer (UI/UX)

to join our Legal & Regulatory Control Operations team. In this role, you will design and enhance

end-to-end customer and employee experiences

within our enterprise applications. You’ll leverage your expertise in

service design, user research, and inclusive design

to solve complex problems and deliver user-centered, strategic solutions.

You will collaborate with product, design, tech, data, and business stakeholders to ensure our services and systems are not only effective but also intuitive and accessible to all users.

Responsibilities

Design and implement

end-to-end service experiences , including service blueprints, journey maps, and storyboards.

Identify opportunities to improve customer and employee interactions across digital and non-digital touchpoints.

Conduct user experience research and integrate findings into actionable service design strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, product, technology, data, and business to align on project goals and delivery.

Lead and participate in

workshops and co-creation sessions

with stakeholders and users.

Create

experience maps ,

information architecture , and

low/high fidelity prototypes

to visualize service concepts.

Apply inclusive design principles and ensure compliance with accessibility standards and assistive technologies.

Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years

of experience in Service Design, UX Design, or related fields.

Proficiency in service design tools and techniques: service blueprints, journey mapping, personas, storyboarding, etc.

Strong understanding of

UX principles , design thinking methodologies, and

information architecture .

Experience working in complex environments, preferably in

financial services

or regulated industries.

Knowledge of

accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)

and assistive technologies.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in cross-functional settings.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects of moderate complexity across multiple products or teams.

Comfortable working independently and mentoring junior designers when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in

supporting enterprise applications

for back-office or specialist users.

Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.

Understanding of data privacy and compliance as it relates to user experience.
