Responsibilities
Own and execute the overall marketing strategy for GetOut across 32 markets.
Drive new member acquisition and maximize retention.
Manage brand positioning, communications, and storytelling.
Lead and coach the marketing team (4+ team members plus agencies/contractors).
Oversee paid media, partnerships, fundraising campaigns, and promotions.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive growth.
Track ROI on all campaigns and optimize for CAC/LTV efficiency.

AI Optimization & Emerging Channels: Optimize GetOut’s digital presence for AI-driven discovery, including implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Expertise in affiliate, influencer, and social media marketing and strategy
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
