Marketing Associate
to join The Bradford Group. This position operates in a fast-paced environment working with both print and digital media channels to profitably acquire and retain new customers and manage existing client contact strategy.
How You Will Contribute
Primary responsibilities include recommending media and product placements that will continue to successfully grow the business.
Manage assigned media channels and work to innovate within those channels to continually find more growth opportunities.
Research and analyze past marketing results for existing marketing channels, searching for new marketing channel opportunities, as well as assisting in all stages of analyzing and executing the marketing plans.
Collaborate with Product Development and Advertising to bring new product introductions to market.
Manage products throughout the entirety of the product lifecycle – from conception to shipment.
Take ownership of assigned products and product forms across a variety of different affinities and featuring products licensed through some of the most recognizable brands around the world.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and confidence to present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization is a must.
Generate reports to showcase marketing and product results which will be shared with varying members of the organization.
What You Will Bring And Skills That Excite Us
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or related field
0-2+ years of experience in a direct mail or direct response marketing position preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel as well as familiar with emerging Ai-based ttechnologies
Strong analytical skills and inquisitive nature
Proficient in math and/or statistics
Keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self starter with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Ability to prioritize workload and make adjustments as necessary
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
