Overview
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. The role involves paid social campaigns and multi-channel demand generation to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. You will own optimization of campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels, refine audience targeting and bidding strategies, and ensure the user journey is trackable with clear reporting and automations between ads, web, and email. The position is part of Meter’s Growth Marketing team, focusing on digital strategies that break through in a competitive, legacy-dominated industry. The objective is to democratize access to enterprise-grade connectivity and to drive high-quality traffic and leads. What success looks like
The campaigns you optimize will help democratize access to enterprise-grade connectivity. You will ensure we get the most from every dollar invested, refine audiences, bidding, and creative testing across platforms, and collaborate with RevOps and vendor partners to streamline measurement and automations. Responsibilities
Within 90 days: Audit all active paid social campaigns and user journeys from ad impression to form-fill to identify optimization opportunities. Implement adjustments that reduce cost-per-lead by 25% while improving click-through and engagement rates to drive higher-quality traffic. Within six months: Launch experiments that reflect segmented audience needs (by industry, title, behavior). Drive 200+ high-intent leads per month with a competitive cost-per-acquisition. Expand influence across upper-funnel channels to improve brand awareness and direct/organic lift. By month nine: Showcase how paid social strategy forms a competitive advantage with aligned ad targeting and a connected user path from ads to landing experiences. Day-to-day activities: Mondays: adjust bids, refine audiences, and launch new creative based on analytics. Tuesdays–Thursdays: run experiments, test creative, evolve targeting, and improve lead quality and handoffs. Fridays: strategic planning, performance trends review, and alignment with leadership on growth priorities. Time allocation: 60% hands-on optimization, 30% data analysis and reporting, 10% cross-functional communication on revenue impact. You have hands-on B2B demand generation experience in agency or in-house settings, with understanding of long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
