Position Summary Arcis Golf is seeking a bold and imaginative Vice President of Demand & Content Marketing to lead the development of an industry‑defining marketing ecosystem that elevates our brand, drives inbound digital leads, and demonstrates measurable ROI across all channels. This key leadership role is responsible for shaping the narrative strategy and ensuring our content and campaigns are powered by strong digital marketing execution, HubSpot CRM expertise, and data‑driven insights. You will collaborate with leadership, club teams, subject matter experts, creators and influencers to unify our brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities Storytelling Leadership

Serve as the company’s primary storyteller—crafting and guiding narratives that emotionally resonate and align with Arcis’ brand purpose.

Develop a cohesive editorial voice and tone for Arcis Golf and its Clubs that is authentic and adaptable across channels.

Champion a storytelling‑first mindset across marketing and the broader organization.

Build a central narrative framework that highlights club life, member experiences, hospitality, innovation, and transformation.

Content Marketing & Demand Generation

Lead the vision and execution of an integrated content marketing and digital demand generation strategy that supports brand growth and lead generation.

Own and manage a content calendar for Arcis and its 77 clubs across web, blog, social, email, video, and digital campaigns.

Work with Revenue Operations to leverage HubSpot CRM and other marketing technology tools for automation, segmentation, and performance optimization.

Partner with sales leadership to align digital programs with pipeline goals and revenue growth.

Define and execute an organic social media strategy across corporate and local club platforms.

Establish content pillars and social‑first formats optimized for engagement and lead generation.

Guide day‑to‑day social execution, from creative development to community management.

Create scalable playbooks and toolkits to empower local teams while maintaining brand consistency.

Develop and implement reputation management strategies across social channels.

Video, Visual, AI, & Emerging Media

Drive the creation of original branded video series, documentary content, and short‑form video for social and digital.

Explore new formats and platforms such as Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to expand storytelling.

Collaborate with creative and production partners to deliver high‑quality visual storytelling at scale.

Explore AI and emerging media technologies to build and scale content.

Leverage HubSpot CRM platform for supporting media and content marketing.

Influencer and Content Creator Partnerships

Build and nurture relationships with internal and external content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.

Co‑create content and campaigns that extend reach, build trust, and drive relevance.

Track, monitor and optimize influencer performance to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence

Build and lead a high‑performing team of content strategists, social media managers, and freelancers/agency partners.

Collaborate across digital marketing, CRM, creative services, go‑to‑market marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team, shaping brand strategy, campaign planning, and demand initiatives.

Measurement, Reporting & Optimization

Define KPIs for content, digital, and lead‑generation initiatives.

Develop reports and dashboards that highlight marketing ROI and partner with Revenue Operations on attribution modeling.

Use data and insights to inform future content, tone, format, and strategy.

10+ years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, brand storytelling, and digital marketing leadership.

Master storyteller with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and content innovation across channels.

Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM and other marketing technology platforms.

Proven partnership with Revenue Operations to maximize CRM and marketing technology impact.

Proven ability to lead narrative development from ideation to distribution across video, editorial, social, and digital formats.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, funnel metrics, and ROI measurement.

Demonstrated ability to connect marketing programs to measurable business results through dashboards and ROI reporting.

Strong editorial, writing, and messaging skills that synthesize complex ideas into compelling, emotional content.

Visionary leader with passion for brand building, team development, and data‑driven decision making.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
