Job Summary

Federal Product Marketing Manager — We’re looking for a modern, full-stack Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, mission, and trust. This role is for someone equally comfortable defining go-to-market strategy for Federal buyers as they are jumping in to build decks, write copy, and execute field programs.

Key Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging

Define differentiated, mission-driven positioning that connects our products to Federal priorities — security, compliance, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.

Translate complex technology (cloud governance, compliance automation, AI/FinOps, CNAPP, etc.) into clear, outcome-based stories that resonate with government, defense, and public sector leaders.

Maintain compliant, competitive messaging aligned with FedRAMP, DoD, CMMC, and Zero Trust frameworks — ensuring credibility in every channel.

Hands-On Content & Artifact Creation

Create tailored Federal go-to-market assets: solution briefs, proposal inserts, launch decks, compliance one-pagers, case studies, and event collateral.

Partner with Product and Sales, to ensure storytelling bridges technical depth and mission relevance.

Build tools that help account teams and partners lead with trust, security, and value for taxpayers.

Product Launch & GTM Execution

Lead Federal GTM execution for new product capabilities and compliance milestones (e.g., FedRAMP authorization, DISA STIG alignment).

Coordinate across Product, Sales, Alliances, and Federal field teams to create integrated, measurable launch moments tied to mission and policy windows (NDAA, FITARA, Executive Orders, etc.).

Pilot creative GTM approaches suited for Federal — from partner-led briefings and thought-leadership roundtables to agency-specific campaigns.

Demand Gen & Sales Partnership

Partner closely with Federal Sales and Capture to drive demand through ABM campaigns, strategic events, and RFP pursuits.

Develop enablement materials tailored to system integrators (SIs), 3PAOs, and agency buyers.

Use data-driven insights to test and refine messaging for civilian, defense, and intelligence audiences.

Market Intelligence & Product Influence

Provide actionable insights to Product and Executive teams to guide roadmap alignment with emerging mandates (CISA Zero Trust, OMB Cloud Smart, AI Executive Order).

Monitor competitors’ Federal certifications, contract wins, and policy positioning to ensure differentiation.

Event Strategy & Execution

Support major Federal events (AFCEA, AWS GovCloud Summit, DoDIIS, FedScoop, etc.) with strong messaging, visuals, and amplification.

Ensure every event drives mission-driven thought leadership and pipeline acceleration.

Create post-event content that extends visibility within Federal networks and partner ecosystem

About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and self-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for our Federal sector. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned marketer who brings deep domain and marketing expertise to shape how we engage, influence, and grow within U.S. Federal agencies. You’ll be responsible for building strategy, messaging, and momentum—turning complex solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with federal decision-makers across Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies.
