We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to help us manage our social media presence, support content initiatives, and keep our firm’s brand fresh and engaging.

Overview

Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our law firm’s marketing initiatives and help elevate our brand presence. This role will focus on managing the social media calendar, organizing and overseeing content shoots, and coordinating the creation of engaging marketing materials (filming experienced required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee attorney headshot sessions
• Maintain attorney bios and ensure all firm marketing assets are current
• Assist with planning and executing monthly firm events
• Develop a content calendar for social and digital marketing activities, including planning, production and posting schedules
• Champion new ideas and push for innovation to break through the competitive landscape, while maintaining expertise on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in marketing for professional services
• Located in Los Angeles
• Experience with Videography/editing

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing social media content calendars
• Experience planning and executing events
• Experience working with executive level individuals
