As a Freelance Video Producer:in at andweekly, you will support our customers in building and maintaining a strong visual brand identity. You will develop and produce videos in various formats ideal for B2B digital marketing, including snackable content specifically for platforms such as LinkedIn. You will work closely with our customers to define and implement their visual strategy and create videos for campaigns that make a lasting impression. Your productions will range from corporate videos to commercials and educational tutorial videos.
Responsibilities You will develop and produce innovative video content in a variety of formats that reinforce our customers' brand message and effectively engage their target audiences
You will plan and execute video shoots, edit footage and ensure production quality, especially for formats that lend themselves to quick consumption on social media and websites
You will work closely with our customers' marketing teams to develop visual strategies and messages that support their business objectives
You will advise customers on visual concepts and direct shoots, with a particular focus on producing short-format content for platforms such as LinkedIn as well as our customers' websites
You will integrate modern digital marketing strategies into video production to maximize the visibility and impact of visual content
You will actively support all members of the Content and Design teams at andweekly by contributing creative ideas and sharing best practices for creating compelling content
Requirements Proven experience as a video producer or in a similar role
A strong portfolio that includes creativity and technical proficiency in video production
Deep understanding of brand development and the ability to design and execute different visual styles
Experience with digital marketing strategies and integrating video content into comprehensive campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organization
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
Native-level fluency in German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English (C1)
Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
