ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead digital growth and optimize performance across key online retail partners. This role combines creative marketing with data-driven execution, managing paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), email campaigns, and advertising accounts on platforms like Amazon and Wayfair. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on management to enhance visibility, sales, and ROI across digital and e‑commerce channels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing
Plan and execute targeted campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Develop paid media strategies focused on lead generation and ROI.
Use analytics and A/B testing to refine audience targeting and performance.
Manage budgets to ensure efficient ad spend.
Maintain and grow social media and email marketing programs, including content, segmentation, and engagement tactics.
Report on campaign outcomes, highlighting insights and optimizations.
E‑Commerce Account Management
Lead Amazon and Wayfair accounts to drive sales and profitability.
Oversee product listings, digital merchandising, promotions, and pricing.
Track account health, reviews, and performance metrics to strengthen brand reputation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Guide external sales representatives supporting these accounts.
Build and execute annual promotional and sales plans for each platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years in digital marketing with measurable results in paid media and analytics.
2+ years managing Amazon or Wayfair accounts preferred.
Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ad Manager, and marketplace tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience leading or collaborating with cross‑functional and remote teams.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
