Project Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity, organization, and communication across multiple client initiatives. The Role: As Project Manager, you’ll coordinate strategic marketing projects from concept through completion. You’ll serve as the central hub between clients, creative teams, and leadership—ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication across clients and internal teams Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of client activity, tasks, and project milestones Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and documentation within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Collaborate on marketing and digital content creation—presentations, proposals, social media assets, and campaign materials Support leadership in developing, refining, and executing client strategies Anticipate project bottlenecks and proactively communicate solutions Qualifications: 3+ years of project management or operations experience in marketing, consulting, or related fields Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM management (HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar) Skilled in digital creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent platforms Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accountability in a collaborative, team-driven culture Why Up To Eleven: We believe in taking strategy—and execution—to the next level.
