Position Footwear Designer – High Heels
Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal high‑heel collections, including sketches, material selection, and color palettes aligned with brand direction and market trends.
Create detailed tech packs, specifications, and prototypes to communicate design intent to factories and vendors.
Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure fit, comfort, and design integrity through all development stages.
Research runway, street style, and competitive markets to identify emerging trends and innovations in heel shapes, lasts, and constructions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of footwear design experience, with a strong focus on women’s dress or high‑heel categories.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot, or CLO).
Strong understanding of lasts, heel construction, materials, and comfort engineering principles.
