We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing initiatives across key channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling acquisition efforts across one or more brands, working closely with cross-functional teams in creative, product, pricing, and analytics. Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms Drive full-funnel strategy to increase acquisition efficiency, customer value, and long-term business impact - not just short-term conversions Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that fuel acquisition strategy Execute A / B and multi factor testing to uncover growth opportunities and improve funnel efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies on campaign strategy, creative development, and performance analytics Present performance updates, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Acquisition (or designee) and own day-to-day paid marketing operations
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in performance marketing or a similar growth-focused role Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and / or Meta campaigns Deep understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics and the ability to turn data into insight and action Strong storytelling skills using data—confident in building reports and presenting to stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Attention to detail and a proactive approach to testing, learning, and optimizing Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with large datasets Degree in marketing, economics, business or related quantitative field
